No Frills Auction Experience
The entire engagement with Auction House UK was seamless and fuss free. From photo taking, to posting the auction property online, to the solicitor engagement and the eventual sale. Everything was completed in less than 2 weeks.
More could have been done on advising the seller to set the guide price though. This resulted in the property being sold at a lower than expected price. Nevertheless, am glad that it is a load off my shoulders.
